BIEA STEM 2022 Rebuild Challenge Award List

The “Rebuild Education Rebuild Hope” STEM Challenge from the British International Education Association is an international STEM campaign.  Students were asked to consider how they would sustainably rebuild their school if given the opportunity to redesign all the buildings. The students had to consider how new school buildings might fit into the local environment and how they would make it a safe and welcoming safe place for education to continue. The participating schools and teams were also encouraged to fundraise for children whose education and lives were destroyed by natural disasters and the ongoing war in Ukraine.

We are thrilled to have teams from across the continents who poured their creativity, knowledge and passion into the projects. We took the projects to COP27 in Egypt and the Houses of Parliament in London. Everyone was super impressed!
